This week sees two families welcoming new life into their homes, and hearts.
I couldn’t resist using my favourite SAB stamp, Hello!, to create these pretty little pink makes for them. This stamp really comes to life when you use embossing powder with it. Most people who ask me about embossing don’t realise how simple it is, until I show them, and then they’re hooked.
The Project Life card was so simple to make. I just used a card from the new Memories in the Making card kit, stamped using Versamark (clear ink) and tipped powder over it. Tap to shake off the excess, blow heat over it using heat gun (aka really hot hairdryer) et voila, you have a unique, personalised PL card to add to your album, give as a gift or use on a greetings card. The tag was made in the same way, except I added some natural chevron ribbon & blushing bride twine. I did cheat and use a pre-made tag, but let’s face it’s, crafting is not the quickest hobby so anything that helps me speed up this process is “allowed” in my eyes!
I love this stamp set so much, I’m giving one away. To be in with a chance of winning simply like my post & share my blog page on FaceBook. The winner will be announced on my FB page on the 1st February 2016!!
