Memory Keeping with Project Life

Hello and welcome to my first blog post as a permant member of the Memory Keeping with Project Life Design Team. I’m thrilled to be a part of this global blog hop, full of amazingly talented memory keepers & stampers.

April’s theme was black and white photos with any card kit. I love the freedom of mixing various card kits on my pages, so I had a lot of fun creating these.

With the Stampin’ Up! Retirement List around the corner, I thought it was a good opportunity to use up the last of my Moments Like These and This Is The Life cards & accessories, in the hope of creating space on my craft shelf when new kits launch in June.   I combined these kits with the latest Project Life kit from the Spring/Summer catalogue; Memories In The Making (which I absolutely love).     In the page above I covered a word up with washi tape so I could change the phrase using sticker letters. I even covered up the profanity on my bag with a sticker too, lol!

I love how the bright pops of Watermelon Wonder, Bermuda Bay, and Crushed Curry look alongside the black and white photos.

I didn’t think the page above needed much embellishing as the photos are beautiful enough on their own. I simply used a label sticker with bright letters, and a transparent ‘love’ sticker – all from the This Is The Life accessory pack.
