Memories Made

This month I am in full ‘nesting’ mode as my second son’s due date is just around the corner. Apart from cleaning, and buying tiny nappies I have been trying to get my Project Life albums up-to-date, ready to start a brand new one for him.

For these pages I used cards from Memories in the Making & This is the Life kits. Both will be retiring at the end of May, so be sure to bag some before they go.
I also used the nifty 6×8″ handbag (or should I say baby bag?) size Kraft album. Just big enough to manage with a toddler, baby on the way and a house renovation.

As I was on catch up I tried to whip up as many pages as I could. I realised I could turn the album 90 degrees to create pages with portrait pictures. Why had I not thought of this before?

I can now pop my pics in as soon as they arrive from Snapfish, whatever orientation they are.

Being smaller pages there’s less ‘procraftinating’ over layout and embellishing. Perfect for peeps like me who have little time, energy or artistic flair.

All I need now is a new little mascot, and the brand new PL kits (out June 1st) Squeal!! Don’t know what I’m more excited about!
