Christmas Memories (& More)

This week I’ve made it my mission to actually DO some Memories & More pages, rather than just sit and think about doing them.

I actually think the MOTIVATION part of this type of activity is key, that and having the photos printed.

First I grabbed a coffee (obviously!), then I grabbed my tiny Christmas pics and placed them on a piece of the NEW Petal Passion Designer Series Paper (DSP). It looked like a snowy background, which made me think of using my Hometown Greetings Edgelits to make a winter scene along the bottom.

I added a pop of Lemon Lime Twist to this monochrome look using the NEW Celebrate You SAB Framelits. From here I had my colours, so it was just a case of putting it all together and thinking how to embellish it.

I framed my photos using white card, and stuck them down using mini dimensionals to make them stand out, so I could pop a secret journaling card behind. Ideally, I would use the new Circle Tab Punch for this, as I’ve seen some fab scrapbook pages by the talented PaulinesPapier and Bij Margret using this technique, but a girls gotta use what she’s got (for now!).

I stapled a small piece of Lemon Lime Twist ribbon to the tabs for ease of pulling them out (and also to continue with the colour theme) and stuck wooden stars on, dyed with black ink, to hide the staples.

I added a little bling with Gold Glimmer paper, using the YOU from Celebrate You thinlets. Lastly, I stamped words using good old faithful Labeler Alphabet stamps.

Thats all folks!!! You can find all the materials and equipment on my shop and right now you can choose a FREE product with EVERY £45 spend.
