On Friday it was my Dad’s 65th Birthday, so I’ve been spending the past few weeks creating a Memories & More album for him to celebrate this milestone.
I chose the smaller Kraft album, and Petal Passion card kit for this project . I had secretly taken some old photos from my Mum & Dad’s photo box. I didn’t want to cut up the originals, so I took pics of them all and ordered copies via Snapfish.
It was really lovely creating this album, especially putting the photos of my Mum & Dad’s wedding pictures together with the beautifully soft, floral cards.
I kept a couple of the original Polaroid photos and created a full page layout using the classic scrapbooking style.
I layered the cards on top of each other, stuck the Polaroid down with dimensionals and decorated with Petal Passion stickers (part of the card kit).
I used the Number of Years stamps & Large Numbers Framelits for the front page, alongside the gorgeous photo of my Dad as a baby (so cute) with my beautiful Grandma & Grandad.
