In Every Season

Last week I made these adorable little buttons using In Every Season stamp set and my Stampin’ Blends.  It was super therapeutic, which was much needed with the start of school for my eldest son.

I started this project on Tuesday while my kids were at nursery/school.  I simply popped the floral stamps onto my Stamparatus and used my Memento Black ink pad to stamp them onto Whisper White card.  As you will be punching these out you could use leftover scraps of whatever card you have.41176069_2229160720650299_8756711041141833728_n

Next came the colouring part.  I grabbed my Stampin’ Blends in Daffodil Delight, Calypso Coral, Pink Pirouette, Rich Razzleberry, Lovely Lipstick & Old Olive to colour in the flowers. The bottle was purely for colour inspiration 😉

Once I had coloured them in, I took a small 1″ circle punch and punched out the flowers.

I then took one of the small epoxy circle stickers I had purchased online, and stuck it on top of the punched flower. As you can see the sticker magnifies the image, and gives it a 3D quality.

I thought these would look sweet on scrapbook pages, in my planner, as envelope seals, or as fridge magnets, like below.  To make them magnetic I simply bought a magnetic sheet and punched out the same size circle (1″) & adhered it on to the back.  Cute as a button.  Even cuter when you combine it with a mini photo of your little flowers ❤

You can purchase all of the Stampin’ Up! materials & equipment to make these via my online shop, or simply by clicking on the links above.
