Card Making

Christmas Crafting

The day is almost here, and everywhere is busy busy busy. In an attempt to calm my mind during what can be a very overwhelming and stressful period, I head to my craft room for some creative relief.

My fellow creatives and I have created this month’s blog hop in the hope of inspiring you over the Christmas period and New Year. We all love the therapeutic benefits crafting brings us, especially at this time of year.

My project is a very simple origami star that I have made before. It’s such an easy project, and one you can do from the sofa too.

For my star I used a piece of the brand new Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheet, which is free with any £45 spend as of January 3rd.

As this is thick card I used my SU trimmer to score the lines, however if you use paper you can just go straight to the folding part of the video.

I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and would love to see any origami stars you make. Please do tag me on Instagram @mamadothestamp or on my FaceBook Page Anna Pickering Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.

Now please check out my lovely fellow demonstrators creations via the links below;

Wishing you all Merry Christmas and a New Year full of creative calm.
