Wedding Workshop

I’ve been thinking for a while now how good it would be to do a class that focussed on wedding stationery, and how Stampin’ Up! can help you create your own designs for the big day.

I couldn’t wait to play with the new Beautiful Friendship stamp set after seeing so many inspirational designs by fellow SU demos. I think this stamp set is perfect for weddings, and as you can see above works really well as a backdrop for Save the Date cards.

The Perennial Essence punch makes such beautiful flowers, I was so inspired after seeing Jackie Aitkin’s creations I had to create some tissue paper flowers for myself. How beautiful are these as an embellishment for wedding invites?

I used the Hand Lettered Prose dies to create an example table number card, decorated with Lovely Flowers in white and little gold gems. This idea came after going to a calligraphy workshop last week, where one lady was learning how to write calligraphy for place names for her friend’s wedding.

This gave me the idea of creating place cards using the calligraphy style dies, which is so much easier than trying to perfect calligraphy (trust me it’s harder than it looks).

These are just some examples of how Stampin’ Up! products can help you create your own bespoke designs.

If you have a wedding coming up and would like a 1:1 workshop with me, please contact me for more information.
